This Freelancer Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between House of Allure Interiors & Design ("Company") and Name of Signee ("Freelancer") (collectively referred to as "Parties") on Date Denoted.

Scope of Work

a. The Company engages the Freelancer to provide specific services as described in the project scope, including but not limited to the specified tasks and scope on the freelancer platform engaged.
b. The Parties shall mutually agree on the deliverables, milestones, and timelines for each project.

Compensation and Payment

a. The Company shall pay the Freelancer a predetermined fee or hourly rate as agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project.
b. The payment terms, including any upfront fees, milestones, or invoices, shall be specified in the project agreement between the Parties.

Intellectual Property

a. The Freelancer agrees that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, arising from the services provided shall belong to the Company.
b. The Freelancer shall not use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the Company, both during and after the engagement, without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

a. The Freelancer shall keep all information received from the Company confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the Company's written consent.
b. The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Indemnification

a. The Freelancer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Freelancer's performance of the services.
b. The Freelancer shall maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against any potential liabilities arising from their work.

Termination

a. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 7 days.
b. Upon termination, the Freelancer shall promptly deliver any work product or materials related to the project to the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of both Parties. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of both Parties.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
