"We had been living in our home for about 3 years and feeling almost stuck about what to do. We had many ideas but no real direction or design skills. So, we had a lot of empty walls and spaces. We were very thrilled to have found Lisa. Her website and completed projects demonstrated that tremendous change was possible. We started with baby steps, going through Lisa’s well set up process. We found the process informative and outlining our next steps. Before committing to the services, we were able to talk to her and understand what we would get out of it. She also helped us with an approximate budget. Once she had completed her initial designs, she was open to our feedback including things we did not want to incorporate. We had many personal challenges come up through the design and execution process. However, Lisa was more than open to accommodating date changes, including reaching out to her tradespeople to find alternate dates and times. If we had concerns, Lisa made it easy to reach out to her and addressed them at the first opportunity. While the process was a long one for us – due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, the end result was a masterpiece. Every single day we can see those initial designs Lisa presented to us, come to life. Our empty walls and rooms are now filled with colour and meaning and things that are unique to our home.
