From the front door to the roofing and gutter colours, we provide a comprehensive range of options to ensure a cohesive look and feel throughout your home.

 

With The Essentials Solution, you’ll receive a detailed selections schedule, including material samples for all key areas of your home. This preparation guarantees a smooth and efficient pre-start meeting, giving your builder all the necessary information to provide accurate quotes and execute the build with precision.

 

Our package covers everything you need, including:

 

  • Door and door hardware for both internal and external doors
  • Plumbing fixtures for your kitchen, bathrooms, ensuite, W/C, and laundry, including sinks, tapware, toilets, showers, mixers, and diverters
  • Miscellaneous fixtures such as toilet roll holders and towel holders

Also, having a general idea of your preferred design style helps. Most importantly, come with an open mind and excitement for the possibilities your new home holds!

 

Does your process include calculating the quantities of materials needed for the project?

No, our process does not include calculating material quantities, known as “take-offs.” It is up to the builder or tradespeople implementing the project to determine and manage the quantities required. While we provide detailed designs and specifications, the actual calculation of material needs will be handled by those executing the work.

 

How long does it take to complete The Essentials Solution package once purchased?

The timeline for completing The Essentials Solution package can vary based on the complexity of your project. Generally, the process takes about 6-8 weeks from the agreed start date. We begin with a comprehensive onboarding process, including a detailed questionnaire and a consultative kick-off meeting to understand your preferences and vision. We also hold a preliminary meeting to ensure we’re on the right track. If the initial designs don’t meet your expectations, you can provide feedback and request up to 10 reselects. We offer 1 follow-up consultation session to address your concerns and refine the designs to align with your vision. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to making any necessary adjustments.
